As one of the Southeast's leading architectural designers, I believe strongly in the collaborative relationship between client and designer. My role as a design professional is to create, suggest and gently guide my client through the design process. I take every aspect of my clients' lifestyles and individual style into consideration when working on their projects. My goal is to have a client who loves their surroundings and who regards my involvement as essential. I am known for my keen eye for detail that makes the spaces I design unique and fresh. I’m an expert in space planning, 3D modeling, as well as applying color, texture, balance and scale in any interior space. Custom design isn't my only passion, I find it exhilarating to reinvent existing interiors and I always do so with great thoughtfulness. To create beautiful, layered interiors, I rely on my background, education and travel. I feel equally at ease designing any style request; traditional, modern or transitional.
Whether I am working on a commercial or residential space, I attribute my success to my meticulous attention to detail, a close designer-client relationship and personalized service. My work and expertise have been featured in The Woodlawn Estate, Alexandria, VA, The Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department, Winston-Salem, NC and The Center for Design Innovation, among others. I earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Architectural Design from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro and a Bachelor of Science degree in Home Furnishings Marketing from High Point University.
I have a decade of experience and education in custom furniture design, space planning, 3D rendering and full-scale renovation projects. I attend the a variety of commercial and residential tradeshows to stay abreast of all cutting edge technology as it relates to design, building materials, color forecasts and trends and NEW furniture designers and manufactures as they enter market. This ensures that my clients will always have price options that will fit any budget.
When I’m not creating, I enjoy spending time with my husband Corry B. and our 3 daughters, Chelsea, Cheyenne and Callie and our fur baby CimBa.
